Our client in the technology services industry is looking for an Engineering Technician to join their team in Round Rock, TX. Using schematics, you will be responsible for debugging and repairing electronic boards and assemblies to the component level. If you like being led by someone who gives you goals and the space to accomplish them without breathing down your neck, you’ll enjoy this company. The mentality is, “Let me know if you have problems and I’m happy to remove them.” They’re looking for someone who enjoys looking at computer parts and is confident in their board components background. You will be successful if can shift priorities with ease and pride yourself on your ability to problem-solve with little instruction at times. Ultimately, this is a laid-back, flexible environment where you will have a lot of things to tinker around with and much more versatility in your day.
