Senior Director of Development and Fundraising

Our non-profit client is looking for an experienced Senior Director of Development and Fundraising to add to their team just north of Dallas, TX. This role allows for someone to work from home a majority of the time, but requires 1 day in the office per week. In this role, you’ll be overseeing the various fundraising teams and will set and achieve revenue goals through major fundraising campaigns throughout the year. Our client is looking for someone who has experience utilizing various outreach strategies and platforms (including digital and social media) to secure long-term funding and meet short and long-term financial objectives. Since most of your team will be scattered in various locations, prior experience managing remote teams is a must. This role requires a motivating leader who is looking to coach and inspire!
