Our client is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to add to their team near Orono, ME. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will play a key role in delivering designs that move quickly from customer request to production. You will focus on quick-turn design modifications, custom product development, and translating customer requirements into manufacturable solutions. In addition to hands-on design work, this position will serve as a technical leader and mentor within the engineering group.  The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in mechanical design, sheet metal fabrication, and product development, and enjoys mentoring others, sharing technical expertise, and helping elevate overall team capability.  This is a great opportunity to joining a well-established organization that values innovation, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
