Our client, an international industrial manufacturer, is looking to add a Sr. CNC Programmer to their team in Lenoir County, NC. This role combines hands-on CNC programming with helping improve manufacturing processes and workflows as the company brings more machining operations in-house. They’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running: installing equipment, programming machines, making adjustments, and supporting the shop floor. Beyond programming, you’ll help optimize processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to stronger process controls across production. This is a very hands-on role where you’ll spend about 75% of your time on the shop floor. If you’re looking for a primarily desk-based role, this may not be the right fit.
