Senior Associate, Due Diligence

Our client in the consulting services industry is looking for a Senior Associate, Due Diligence to add to their team in Washington, DC. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead and mentor a team of individuals who must comprehend complex issues and industries quickly; as “player-coach,” you will manage the team’s workflow and provide guidance, as well as contribute to project delivery. Our client is looking for someone with at least three years of experience conducting and writing due diligence reports and/or advising on regulatory or reputational risk issues; and at least three years of experience reviewing, editing, and quality control for client reports. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience managing others and driving process improvement/training with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you must be able to exhibit a high level of work ethic and professionalism, possess creative problem-solving abilities and exceptional reading, writing, and analytical skills while managing a team and multiple tasks simultaneously.
