Our client is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to add to their team in Montvale, NJ. This is an onsite position. Reporting to their VP of Operations, you will be responsible for supporting their IT sales team as well as overall business needs including onboarding new vendors, registrations, and renewals of service contracts. Although most of your time will be spent behind the scenes supporting workflow and operational efficiencies, you’ll be client-facing at times. For that reason, a positive, resourceful demeanor is a must to ensure successful customer interactions.
