Sales Development Manager - Sterile Science Division

Our client, in the commercial critical cleaning services industry, is looking for a Sales Development Manager to add to their team. Reporting to the Division President, you will play a key role as part of the market leadership team with accountability over the sales function and ensuring achievement of the company’s sales plan. You will be responsible for managing, coaching and growing outside rep groups, in addition to driving direct sales efforts in markets where rep groups do not exist. Our client is looking for someone with at least five years of B2B sales experience preferably in Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical markets with knowledge of sterilization and ‘clean room’ terminology. To be successful in this role, you must have proven success in managing the sales process, and demonstrated ability as a manager to hit quotas and grow territory revenues. Excellent communication skills are a must in addition to the ability to improve team performance through recruiting, retention and education.
