Our client in the industrial equipment industry is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to add to their team in Enumclaw, WA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for addressing inbound customer calls and emails, prepare quotes, process orders, create vendor purchase orders, and support outside sales with product research and occasionally help with shipping or inventory when needed. Our client is looking for customer-oriented individual with strong phone and email communication skills who can stay organized, shift priorities, and help customers solve urgent problems.
