We are an established US-based company looking for an RFP Manager to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by identifying potential RFP opportunities, documenting requirements and confirming fit/eligibility, and preparing the response/bid with significant independence. While you’ll have the support of senior sales leaders and the President of the firm, you will be a department of 1.

You will work in a blended team of US and Philippine based colleagues, in a supportive and goal-oriented environment with weekly group calls and approachable leadership. This is a great work from home opportunity to join a friendly team that’s worked together and grown over the years.We are new to responding to RFPs and while we have had positive outcomes from previous bids, there is significant opportunity to increase the volume of proposals and build out a systematic approach to this emerging opportunity for our firm.
