Our client in the software development/technology industry is looking for a [Remote] Software Training and Support Representative to add to their team on the West Coast of the United States. You will be responsible for providing support for customers of software as a service, providing additional training to improve utilization, and assisting with resolution of bugs or issues discovered. Our client is looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, some or all of which involve supporting software as a service. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent listening and communication skills, along with an aptitude for understanding and solving problems.
