Our client, a leading provider of software solutions for local governments and municipalities, is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join their team. In this fully remote role, you will provide customer support, troubleshooting, and training for accounting-related software solutions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, enjoys problem-solving, and has prior experience in customer support, software support, or government software. Experience with finance, payroll, or revenue collection software is preferred. However, candidates with an accounting-related education or hands-on accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
