Our client in the Hydronics, HVAC, and Plumbing industry is looking for a Quotes Coordinator to add to their team in Hayward or San Jose, CA. In this entry-level role, you will be trained to evaluate bid specifications to ensure that all information is obtained to successfully bid and win a project. Additionally, you will work with Submittals to organize data and documentation for optimal customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must be able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications and compile an accurate mechanical and/or plumbing equipment take-off and summary.
