Quality Manager (Regulated Manufacturing/Industrial)

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to add to their team in Ormond Beach, FL. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management system (QMS) with a strong focus on leading AS9100 compliance and internal audits. Leveraging your experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments, ideally within CNC machining, plastics molding, or similar production settings, you will lead a team of experienced quality engineers and specialists while maintaining oversight of high-volume production processes. This role is well-suited for candidates with prior leadership experience or those ready to step into their first formal management position. Success in this role will come from fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture and demonstrating an ongoing commitment to continuous quality improvement.
