Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Healthcare Provider Specialist to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers work from home flexibility with in-office expectations at times throughout each month so ideal candidates will live within driving distance to Milwaukee. Reporting to the Director of Provider Services, you will be responsible for onboarding new providers to their network, understanding their offerings, and preserving their contract commitment while ultimately serving as their point of contact for all their needs. Beyond the bullets below, our client is looking for a candidate who can easily build relationships with key partners and understands what it takes to keep people happy. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable speaking with various healthcare professionals from doctors to hospital administrators with clarity and confidence leading to a high retention rate as well as upgrades from their initial offered services.
