Our client in the energy industry is looking for a Proposal Management Specialist to add to their team in Naivasha or Nairobi, Kenya. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely a couple of days a week. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and three other department members, you will oversee the capture management processes and targets and coordinate proposal development. Rather than following a set process, our client seeks a candidate who can utilize their experience to enhance strategic proposals, increasing the chances of winning. You will have the independence and trust to lead the organization through this new phase of growth. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in proposal development, preferably in the sustainable development industry. Beyond that, excellent writing and coordination skills are essential to thrive. As the Capture Management Lead, you will have the flexibility of managing a new process for our client allowing more scope for creativity.
