You will be responsible for leading a small team of assistant property managers, in addition to responsibilities related to property and project management with a varied scope of project types, communicating and coordinating with clients, vendors, tenants, and NYC government agencies. Our client is looking for a passionate and forward-thinking individual, with experience in NYC residential property and project management, with demonstrated leadership abilities, and who thrives on results and getting things done.
