Our client is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in York, PA. Though small in size (25 employees), they’ve been in business for over 100 years and partner with some of the world’s largest companies to deliver custom machinery solutions. This is a low-volume, precision-focused manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on work/life balance, typically maintaining an eight-hour workday. The role blends project management and technical sales, with most time spent supporting active accounts and proposing custom-engineered solutions. Sales cycles average from a year to a year and a half, making this ideal for someone who enjoys long-term relationship building and managing projects from start to finish. Prior sales experience is not required for this role. The team is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and can leverage their mechanical aptitude to help solve customers’ manufacturing challenges. In many cases, you’ll play an integral role in modernizing processes that may have remained unchanged for decades.
