Our client, a prominent commercial construction general contractor, is looking for a Project Director to add to their team in Houston, Texas. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will coordinate Houston Market resources' alignment with business objectives to ensure the office is set up for success. As a member of the leadership team, you should embody the qualities of a natural and aspiring leader both internally within the team and externally with subcontractors and partners. To be successful, you should have at least five years of project management, estimating, or preconstruction experience in the commercial construction market, working with projects of $20-$50MM in size.
