Our client is seeking a Project Architect to join their team in Everett, WA. In this critical role, you will work alongside their property management team on multi-housing building renovations and improvements while also supporting the ongoing construction of new developments. They are working on a new build every two years having already broken ground on their current project ($70M). To support this build, you will collaborate and guide the work of the architectural firms, interior designers, and subcontractors they partner with.
