Our client is looking for a Nonprofit Program and Volunteer Manager to add to their team in Santa Monica, CA. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with shelter partners and a dedicated group of volunteers, you will facilitate the smooth day-to-day coordination of the national programs. This position offers the opportunity to own the mission critical aspect of the program operations and is a great role for someone who aspires to become a Program Director or Operations Director one day. You will devote 75% of your time to program and volunteer management and the remaining 25% to special events and fundraising. To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with volunteer leaders in a professional and collaborative manner. To thrive in this role, you must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as maintain a professional demeanor and optimistic attitude.
