Our client is looking for a Program Manager to add to their team in Detroit, MI. Reporting to the Director of Operations you will oversee the delivery of energy efficiency and installations to utility customers for residential and commercial programs. Your key focus will be managing the team, handling client communication, and assisting the finance team with budget management. Our client is looking for a strong leader with solid experience and a passion for operations and achievement within the energy efficiency sector. To thrive in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of Project Management experience in energy efficiency, building services/ home improvement, weatherization, HVAC, or closely related industry. Beyond that, management experience is also paramount to be successful in this role.
