[HYBRID] Payroll Specialist (2+ years of payroll processing exp. req.) Description Our client in the software industry is looking for an outgoing and process-driven Payroll Specialist to add to their team in Tigard, OR. This position offers a hybrid setup allowing 2 days to work from home. In this position, you will be responsible for consulting clients on HRIS/HCM software, completing software implementations, providing technical support, and processing payroll. Although it would be a huge plus to have software implementation experience, it is not a requirement. If you have at least two years of payroll processing experience with a strong technical aptitude, you should have no difficulty in getting up to speed on their software during your onboarding. Aside from technical skills and a strong foundational knowledge of tax laws, our client is looking for someone who would enjoy a customer-facing role where you can share your expertise with others that will undoubtedly better their internal processes.
