Our non-profit client is looking for Partnership Development Coordinator to add to their team in Phoenix, AZ. You will be responsible for traveling to Native American communities to identify potential partners, assess their needs, and establish trust-based relationships to provide material aid, educational support, and community-based services. Experience with fieldwork and outreach within the Native American community is essential in this role. For the first 6 months, you will train with the team in Phoenix, and then begin your fieldwork in Indian country, making day trips and some overnight trips to remote reservation communities to develop partner relationships and give presentations. When not traveling, you will work from the Phoenix warehouse & offices assisting with projects and inventory selections.
