Our client in the facilities services industry is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to add to their team in Fairfield County, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a sales strategy and plan to grow new opportunities. You will expand/retain existing relationships through effective networking activities including local Chamber meetings, events, cold calling, and visiting clients and prospects face-to-face. You will cover Danbury, Waterbury, Ridgefield, and Oxford. The typical sales cycle can take up to 6 weeks with an average sale value of $50,000. Much of the sales will be recurring services and will result in continued commission. To thrive in this role, you must have a strong sales track record, drive to develop new opportunities, and follow-through ability to get the sale.
