Our client in the Energy Consulting Industry is looking for an Outside Sales Rep or Business Development Consultant to add to their team near Baltimore, MD. You will be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities and selling energy and commodities consulting services and solutions. Your job will be to help clients reduce their energy footprint and consumption costs, by brokering reduced energy bills, and more efficient lighting solutions. You must be able to understand the needs of your customers and actively promote products and solutions that can reduce your client’s energy costs. 25% of your time will be spent nurturing existing accounts, while 75% of your time will be spent hunting for new business. Ideal candidates will have experience strong B2B sales experience and a strong hunter mentality. To be successful in this role you must be a highly motivated go-getter who has experience hunting and prospecting for new business.
