Our client is looking for a Project Estimator to join their culture-focused team near Milwaukee, WI. Majority of your time will be spent reading plans and quoting jobs, but you may also go out on a sales call from time to time. However, your role will be focused more on nurturing existing, long-term relationships. Our client has an extremely solid book of business. Aside from strong analytical and mathematical skills, you must have experience reading and interpreting blueprints. If you don’t have site utilities industry experience, you’ll have the benefit of being trained by their team member who retired after being with them for 15 years. He still works with them on a part-time basis, so you are not coming into a disorganized environment. You will have the best of both worlds by having the mentorship of an industry veteran while ultimately having an autonomous role that offers flexibility and trust to get the job done. This role offers the stability from a large company, but everyone is looked to as a person and not just a number.
