Operations Manager - Power Distribution Design

Our client in the electric utility industry is looking for a team-oriented Operations Manager to add to their Power Distribution division. This position offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States. In-person visits to the office are required for initial training, quarterly meetings, and as needed. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide leadership for 1-4 Project Supervisors plus entire project teams (~30-50 people) to generate solutions and CAD designs for the distribution and delivery of electricity. The ideal candidate has strong project management and technical skills in distribution design, plus prior team management experience. To be successful, you must be tech-savvy, an excellent problem solver, and able to lead a large team through complex tasks.
