Operations Associate

Our client is looking for a Remote Operations Associate to add to their team. You will be responsible for day to day administrative tasks required to keep operations running smoothly. Working closely with the CEO and C-suite, you will help build structures and processes to improve operations. You’ll manage a range of tasks from simple clerical tasks like accounts payable and receivable to more complex structure-building projects. To be successful in this role, you must be detail oriented and must have a passion for developing structure and consistency. This is a customer facing role, so the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, personable, and organized.
