Nonprofit Development Director

Our client is looking for a Nonprofit Development Director to add to their team in Santa Monica, CA. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will facilitate the smooth day-to-day coordination of the development activities including researching, building, and growing a pipeline of corporations whose philanthropic interests align with the organization. You will devote 75% of your time to support the Executive Director and leadership team in securing in-kind donations and the remaining 25% to special events and fundraising. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to foster long-term relationships and work with volunteer leaders in a professional and collaborative manner. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
