Mobile Response Team Supervisor (3pm-11pm)

Our client is looking for a supervisor to oversee their evening team of Therapists/Social Workers (5) who provide field support to the community. They offer a variety of services, both inpatient and outpatient. They are a nonprofit organization scaling up their team to allow for more lives to be changed each day. With national recognition after some of their leaders speaking before Congress, you can feel secure making this transition given their strong influx of funding. There will be times (around 10%) where you will need to provide onsite support and transition back into a patient-focused role. However, the primary goal of this position is to assist the Director in providing oversight and coordination of the field response team.
