(Mid-Level) Network Engineer Responsibilities
● Consult, build and design for new technology implementations ● Execute implementations, upgrades, and migrations to newer or different platforms ● Support pre-sales such as technical expertise on customer calls, project scoping / valuing and investigating technologies ● Perform daily troubleshooting ● Offer support for customers with ongoing agreements ● Create documentation ● Perform knowledge transfer on projects ● Travel onsite as needed to provide in-person support ● Collaborate with team members to increase the flow of ideas ● Offer insight to better current practices and technologies ● Support future growth efforts and account retention
(Mid-Level) Network Engineer Qualifications
● 4+ years of information technology experience required ● Well-versed in MS Office, 365, desktop, and server operating systems required ● Familiarity with Active Directory and VMware required ● Ability to travel locally up to 10% required
