Our client is looking for a Litigation Lawyer to add to their successful and well-respected law firm in Miami, Florida. For this hire they are seeking a skilled mid to senior level attorney. The Firm promotes a positive work culture, maintains reasonable billable hours, and allows the flexibility to work from home up to 3-4 days per week. In this role, you will join a talented Litigation team to advocate for businesses by supporting their legal needs. The ideal candidate will have significant motion practice experience and be results-oriented, positive, and ambitious. Prior commercial or business litigation experience is preferred, but our client is open to hiring a civil litigation attorney interested in transitioning into commercial litigation.
