Mechanical Systems Estimator

Our client, a family-owned leader in the HVAC and Plumbing industry, is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join their team in Gaithersburg, MD. As the HVAC Estimator, you will play a critical role in analyzing project requirements, estimating costs for mechanical systems, and collaborating closely with the team to prepare and present proposals. Projects will range in size from $20k to $2.5M. Previous estimating experience in commercial HVAC and/or plumbing systems is a must and familiarity with the vendors and suppliers in the Washington D.C, Maryland, and Northern Virginia market area is a huge plus. This position requires precision, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate and compelling presentations that align with client expectations.
