Our client, an industrial manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will oversee a team of eight and spend roughly half of your time on the production floor, making this a hands-on role where you help drive initiatives forward. If you prefer a purely strategic role with minimal day-to-day support, this position may not be ideal.
