Major Gifts Officer

Our client, a well-established nonprofit organization, is looking for a dedicated Major Gifts Officer to help build and grow their major donor program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with major gifts experience who’s ready to take on a more strategic, relationship-driven role. In this position, you’ll spend about half your time deepening relationships with current donors and the other half cultivating new prospects, primarily individuals. You’ll work closely with leadership on donor strategy and engagement, helping to shape a more personalized and impactful giving experience. This role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule (10-hour days) with Fridays off (or as needed) and requires just one day per week in the office — the rest can be remote.
