Legal Intake Specialist

Our client, a high-growth legal services company, is looking for a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to join their remote call center team. In this role, you will be the first voice potential clients hear when they contact law firms—helping them take the first step during one of the hardest times of their lives. You’ll answer and screen incoming calls, qualify legal cases, schedule consults, and help manage documentation. Ideal candidates bring legal intake experience from the plaintiff side, particularly in family law or personal injury, and thrive in fast-paced environments with high call volumes. To succeed, you’ll need calm communication, an ownership mindset, and a desire to help grow something new from the ground up.
