Our client in the information technology industry is looking for a Lead Recruiter to add to their team in the United States. You will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of talent and facilitating the screening and interview processes, as well as ensuring strong communication and collaboration across the hiring and leadership teams. Our client is looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and a thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
