Landscape Designer (Hybrid Eligible)

Our client, an award-winning landscape design/build firm just east of Pasadena, CA, is seeking a creative and technically skilled Landscape Designer to join their collaborative team. Known for high employee retention, a family-run culture, and a dog-friendly office, our client offers the chance to work on imaginative, medium- to high-end residential outdoor spaces from concept through construction. In this role, you'll meet with clients, perform site analyses, and develop conceptual designs, 3D models, and detailed construction plans using AutoCAD. You'll collaborate closely with estimators, project managers, and field crews to ensure each design is both visually compelling and technically sound. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and landscape design. The team environment is fast-paced but supportive, with weekly design critiques that encourage growth and continuous improvement. Designers enjoy full project ownership—from initial sketches to final installation. This position begins as 100% in-office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote) after an initial training period.
