Our client in the IT and Managed Services industry is looking for a L1 Support Engineer to add to their team in Emmet County, Michigan. Reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, you will provide infrastructure technical support to both internal and external clients while working closely with the leadership team to troubleshoot and optimize operations. You will perform and execute infrastructure implementation while managing, monitoring, and maintaining its integrity, performance, and security for all users. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small team-oriented environment, have at least two years of related experience, and strong knowledge of Windows 10 support and admin skills.
