Jewelry Admin/Repair Coordinator

We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s, the only multi-brand, multi-location jewelry designer in the DFW area, as they grow their operations team at their Dallas headquarters. In this role, you’ll manage incoming jewelry repairs and custom orders from their retail locations, evaluating repair needs and performing final quality control inspections. On average, you’ll handle 40–50 jobs per week. This position requires strong attention to detail and clear communication, as you’ll act as a key link between sales, production, and the jewelers. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, process-driven, and has strong technical knowledge of jewelry.
