You will be responsible for providing phone support to small-business clients, troubleshooting a wide variety of issues, and performing/documenting root cause analysis. Ideal candidates must be customer-focused, patient communicators who take ownership until a problem is resolved, are eager to expand knowledge, take on new challenges, and be independent self-starters. This position offers a work-from-home/in-office hybrid schedule, open to flexibility based on your commute.
