In this role, you’ll turn complex customer needs into simple, efficient workflows that solve real-world challenges ISPs face daily, by leading the development of automated, intuitive billing and operational software for Fiber and Wireless ISPs around the world. You'll engage directly with customers, gather insights, and guide the agile development process to enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and profitability — all while exploring ways to integrate AI and cutting-edge tech into product features.  Ideal candidates have deep ISP billing or operations software experience and excel in streamlining complex workflows.
