Our client is looking an International Buyer to add to their team at one of their locations near Kansas City, MO, Buford, GA, Reading, PA, Elkhart, IN, Rowlett, TX or near Riverside, CA where you will have the option to work partially remote/from home (hybrid). Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for managing the flow and cost of all imported product to replenish inventory for multiple locations using systematic analysis and calculated decision making with the goal to make the inventory as profitable as possible while maintaining customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for someone with at least 3 years of international buying/import purchasing experience with an understanding of international freight and logistics as it relates to the supply chain. To be successful in this role, you must be an independent, forward thinker with the ability to handle negotiations with international suppliers.
