Our client in the manufacturing solutions development industry is looking for an Inside Technical Sales Representative to add to their team near Trenton, NJ. You will be responsible for evaluating customers’ requirements and recommending products to meet those needs, collaborating with the sales team on opportunities and leads, and growing product-oriented sales while increasing customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably with some education or work experience in technical fields. Ideal candidates will also be thoughtful communicators, interested in digging into challenges and passionate about finding solutions. Though there is some flexibility to work from home in this role, you’ll be required to be in-office 2-3 days per week.
