Inside Sales Representative - Path to Outside Sales

Our client, a commercial facilities services company, is looking to expand their sales team in Burr Ridge. This individual contributor position focuses on generating new commercial contracts while also supporting and growing existing customer relationships. Most of your time will be spent prospecting new opportunities across the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana markets, targeting building owners, property managers, and facilities leaders. Deal sizes typically range from $12K to $70K, with an average around $25K, and sales cycles typically span from a few weeks up to 3-4 months for larger accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a lead generation, inside sales, or outbound prospecting role who is looking to take the next step into a full-cycle sales position.
