Our client, in facility services, is looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Support Specialist to add to their team in Anaheim, CA. In collaboration with the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding client relationships; responsible for ensuring the successful renewal of existing contracts, help upsell additional products/services and provide general support to all clients within a shared book of business/customer account base. Our client is looking for some with excellent customer service skills with at least three (3) years of sales or customer support experience. To be successful in this role, you must be able to maintain an attention to detail while multitasking and prioritizing competing tasks; results-oriented with strong listening and sales skills, will be critical in order to achieve sales targets.
