Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Industrial Engineer to add to their team near Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will support both an existing production facility and the setup of a new secondary facility, with a focus on documentation, process improvement, and equipment installation. The ideal candidate will have experience with process improvement, developing SOPs and work instructions, and analyzing manufacturing processes. To be successful, you must be analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver with the ability to work both on the production floor and in an office environment. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in expanding operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
