Our client in the software development and technology industry is looking for an Implementation Manager to add to their team in the United States. You’ll be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to plan, support, and deliver a variety of projects, from client on-boarding through all phases of implementation of market-leading software solutions. Our client is looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience with service implementation and delivery, specifically in the B2B/SaaS space. To be successful in the role, you will also need excellent communication and organization skills, to document your understanding of the customer’s workflow, share requirements with the development team, and integrate it with the software’s workflow.
