Our client in the HVAC industry is looking for an Account Coordinator to add to their team in Glassboro, NJ. In this role, you will support customer accounts by responding to requests, coordinating service activity, preparing quotes, ordering materials, and communicating job updates. The ideal candidate will have HVAC industry experience along with the ability to effectively coordinate between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. To be successful, you must be self-motivated, well organized, and comfortable managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced office environment.
