All new employees work 100% on-site for the first six months, but after this period, a hybrid schedule allows two days per week from home. In this role, you will be responsible for human resources-related administrative activities including benefits coordination, recruiting, on/offboarding, and maintaining Affirmative Action Plan compliance. Responsibilities · Support HR administrative functions and be a primary resource for employee inquiries · Support the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding process · Maintain employee records · Assist with the development and implementation of AAP internal monitoring · Work with third-party AAP consultants to establish best practices · Assist in gathering data and filing required government documents · Ensure the company remains in compliance with AAP and ACA regulations · Collect, analyze, and interpret the company’s employment data · Monitor legislative changes and ensure HR compliance with all regulations · Support the ongoing development and streamlining of the onboarding/offboarding process · Train employees on benefit programs and HR policies · Provide payroll processing support and assistance to Accounting as needed Human Resources Specialist (3+ years HR Dept.
